What Is a DairyFresh Trade Account?
DairyFresh is a trade-only wholesale cash and carry based in Birmingham, serving independent retailers and trade buyers across the UK. To order from us — whether via the app, or in person at our warehouse — you need an approved trade account.
A trade account gives you access to our full wholesale product range across 15+ categories:

Once your account is active, you’ll be issued a unique Customer ID for logging in and placing orders through the app.
Two Ways to Register
You can open your DairyFresh trade account through either of the following routes:
Option 1 — Register via the Website
Visit dairyfresh.co.uk/contact and complete the wholesale registration form. This is the quickest route if you’re on a desktop or laptop.
The form asks for your business details — trading name, business address, contact number, and email address. Once submitted, your application is reviewed by the DairyFresh team and, upon approval, you’ll receive your Customer ID.
Option 2 — Register via the DairyFresh App
Download the DairyFresh app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Direct download links are available at linktr.ee/Dairyfreshltd.
Open the app and tap Sign Up at the bottom of the login screen. Complete your business registration details and submit. Once approved, the DairyFresh team will issue your Customer ID and you can log in using your phone number alongside it.
Important: Your Customer ID is provided by DairyFresh team after your registration is approved — it is not generated automatically. You will not be able to log in to the app until you have received it. If you have already signed up and are waiting for your ID, contact us on 0121 293 6112.
Step-by-Step: How to Register
Whichever route you choose, the process is the same:
Go to the registration form
Visit dairyfresh.co.uk/contact on your browser, or open the DairyFresh app and tap Sign Up.
Enter your business details
Provide your full trading name, business address, contact person name and number, and email address. Fill in every field accurately.
Submit your application
The DairyFresh team will review your application and verify your trade credentials.
Receive your Customer ID
Once approved, DairyFresh will contact you with your Customer ID. Keep this safe — you'll need it every time you log in to the app.
Log in and start ordering
Open the DairyFresh app, enter your registered phone number and Customer ID, and tap Login. You’ll have full access to the product catalogue and can start placing wholesale orders straight away.

Ordering Via the Dairyfresh
Once your trade account is active and you have your customer ID, the Dairyfresh app is the fastest way to browse stock and place orders. The app is available on both Android and IOS.
To login, you'll need two things:
Your registered phone number — the number you provided when signing up — and your Customer ID, issued by Dairy Fresh upon account approval.
Enter both in the relevant fields on the login screen and Tap Login. If you don't yet have a customer ID, tap Sign Up to begin your registration.
